Notice to all IPDPS 2026 Authors:
At least one author of each paper must be registered for the symposium by April 6, 2026 in order for the paper to be published in the proceedings. Presentation of an accepted paper at the conference is a requirement of publication. Any paper that is not presented at the conference will not be included in IEEE Xplore.
Note: Authors who require a visa to travel to the US may request an invitation letter – in advance of registering - using the Request for Visa Assistance form now available on the IPDPS 2026 Travel page.
Authors of Conference Papers:
The submission deadline for camera-ready papers is March 6, 2026.
IPDPS will provide one additional page to allow authors to thoroughly address the reviewer comments in the camera ready submission. Moreover, in an effort to produce a standardized, long lasting impact, IPDPS is introducing a computational result reproducibility appendix. All published papers MUST include a reproducibility appendix of up to two pages that describes the processes used to obtain the computational results. The appendix should be submitted as part of the final manuscript PDF.
(Further details https://www.ipdps.org/ipdps2026/2026-reproducibility-initiative.html). Thus, the final manuscript submission is expected to be up to 13 pages (11 pages for the paper + 2 pages for artifact description) plus bibliography.
Authors of Main Conference Posters:
Your paper-accept poster paper will be published as part of the Workshops (IPDPSW) volume of the proceedings. The submission deadline for camera-ready papers is March 13, 2026.
Authors of IPDPS Workshops Papers:
The submission deadline for camera-ready papers is March 13, 2026.
The conference proceedings of IPDPS 2026 will be published in two volumes with two separate ISBN's: one for the regular conference technical program (IPDPS) and one for the workshops and conference posters (IPDPSW). The publication will be available online to all registered attendees one week prior and throughout the week of the conference. The Conference Publishing Services (CPS) of the IEEE Computer Society will produce the IPDPS 2026 proceedings. Post conference, the two volumes of proceedings will be submitted to IEEE for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. This requires that all papers submitted for publication meet a minimum standard for both print and electronic publishing.
To help authors meet that standard, this IPDPS Web page will take you to the CPS Author Final Paper Preparation and Submission Instructions (the author kit). See below.
DO NOT GO TO THE ORIGINAL SUBMISSION PLATFORM FOR YOUR PAPER (i.e., Linklings) TO SUBMIT FINAL CAMERA READY PAPER.
Before going to CPS Author Kit page from links below, please carefully note the following:
