2009 IPDPS Workshops

WORKSHOPS CHAIR: Alan Sussman, University of Maryland, USA
WORKSHOPS VICE-CHAIR: Umit Catalyurek, Ohio State University
Contact: workshops@ipdps.org

IPDPS workshops - held on the first and last days of IPDPS - provide attendees an opportunity to explore special topics and are a major part of the IPDPS weeklong family of events.  Attendance at all of the IPDPS workshops, along with receipt of their proceedings, is included in the registration fee for IPDPS.

Each workshop has its own requirements and schedule for submissions (go to link below for the workshop’s call for papers).  The goal of the workshops is to present work that is more preliminary and cutting-edge, or that has more practical content than the more mature research presented in the main symposium. The workshops also broaden the content of the week's presentations by extending the topics of interest beyond those of the main symposium.  At the same time, they deepen the week's content by focusing on specific topics and bringing together a critical mass of researchers in their select areas.

The list below contains links to each of the workshops where the individual call for papers is posted along with workshop organization and deadlines.
