Please help support the conference and IEEE by planning to stay at the conference hotel. Filling our room block helps keep fees low and provides a richer in-person meeting experience, as well as attendees being able to enjoy the services and amenities of a 4-star hotel at discounted rates.

Our special Marriott IPDPS 2026 Group Rate is $199 per night 
(Single/Double & Suite)

The Group Rate covers all guest sleeping room costs, including service fees, but is exclusive of applicable sales/room tax, currently a combined 14.45%.

Room Deposit: To guarantee your reservation at the IEEE-IPDPS rate, a 1-night deposit of first night’s rate and applicable taxes will be charged to the credit card provided.

Cut Off Date: The reservation cut-off date is Monday, April 27, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Central time. Reservations received after this date will be accepted by the Hotel on a space available basis at the rates available at that time.

Cancellation: Hotel shall refund deposits if notice is received prior to 6:00 p.m. three (3) days prior to arrival date.

Rate Extension: The special IPDPS rate is available on a very limited basis 3 days prior to and following IPDPS 2026. If you are interested in reserving nights outside the 25th-29th block of rooms, you may need to contact the hotel directly to obtain the IPDPS rate, if still available.

The Marriott is on Canal Street in New Orleans, a major downtown thoroughfare, historically a dividing line between the French Quarter and the Central Business District, known for its wide expanse (originally planned for a canal) that now hosts shopping, historic theaters, casinos, and as a primary route for Mardi Gras parades and streetcars. It offers a mix of entertainment, dining, and retail, serving as a central hub for tourists and locals alike.

TRAVEL VISA LETTERS

Visa invitation letters will only be issued to attendees who have paid their registration fees in full and are eligible to travel to the USA. Attendees will need to check locally (for their country of origin-citizenship) to determine the visa requirements for travel to the USA and whether they require an invitation letter from the conference. If you require a letter, when you have completed your registration and paid your fees, complete the information requested in the Request for Visa Assistance form and email it to visa@ipdps.org.
