Conference Proceedings
The decision to cancel the in-person meeting did not impact the publication of the IPDPS 2020 proceedings, and IEEE will still be hosting the accepted authors' work on Xplore. All papers accepted for both the main conference and the workshops have been uploaded to be published as part of the proceedings that will be distributed online the week before the scheduled conference (18-22 May).
A major accommodation to this year’s cancellation of the physical conference is to collect presentation files from authors to integrate with their papers in the proceedings. This proceedings publication will be available online the week before the scheduled conference and for several weeks following the conference. Access to this enhanced online publication is at no charge, but requires registration, now available here.
May 1, 2020 Update: TO ALL IPDPS 2020 AUTHORS
										PRESENTATION FILES
In lieu of live presentations at the conference, authors have been asked to prepare a static slide presentation that will be integrated with the paper in the proceedings publication to be hosted by the Computer Society one week prior to the scheduled conference (18-22 May), the week of the conference, and 2-3 weeks following. These presentations should be prepared as a pdf (saved as a pdf) and submitted to the Computer Society by May 8th extended to May 10th. See guidelines below for preparation of files and how to name the file to be uploaded. Authors will receive email with instructions for uploading the file to the Computer Society server.

										GUIDELINES FOR PREPARING SLIDES

											- The slides should serve to introduce the work and provide a high-level overview in 5-10 slides. In that sense, they are expected be different from the set of slides used in a live presentation.

											- Those viewing the slides will have immediate access to the paper, the “next best thing” to having the author presenting in person.

											- The slides should include authors’ contact information for follow-up questions.

											- (Optional) The slides could contain links to other material hosted on your own (for example a video of your presentation). These should not be live links in the presentation.
