Creating a PostScript file from Microsoft Windows


  1. Install a PostScript printer driver from the Windows installation disks.
  2. Open your document from within your word processing application.
  3. Open the "Print…" dialog box and select the PostScript printer.
  4. Click the checkbox beside the "Print to file" option.
  5. Click "OK" and type the name of the file you wish to save it under.
  6. Click "OK". The document has now been printed to a PostScript file.
