Visa invitation letters will be provided by IPDPS 2024 organizers and will only be issued to attendees who have paid their registration fees in full and are eligible to travel to San Francisco, California in the USA.  When you have completed your registration and paid your fees, provide the information requested below - in the body of an email - and email to Visa@ipdps.org.  

IMPORTANT: The Subject line of your email should include your last name as follows:

Visa letters will state only the facts:
a. Conference title, dates and location
b. That the requester has paid the required registration fee in full
c. How you are participating: paper, speaker, or committee member
