Visa letters will be provided by IPDPS 2009 organizers and will only be
issued to attendees who have paid their registration fees in full and
are eligible to travel to Italy. When you have completed your
registration and paid your fees, provide the information requested below
and email to Visa@ipdps.org.  The Subject line of your email should
include your last name as follows: (your last name) - IPDPS 2009 VISA
REQUEST

Visa letters will state only the facts:
a. Conference title, dates and location
b. That the requester has paid the required registration fee in full
c. How you are participating: paper, speaker, or committee member
